Returns & Exchanges
All goods are thoroughly checked and passed from QC testing. In case of any fault or damage, customer can always exchange or return the product.
Returns done within 3 days of the delivery shall be accepted.
All refunds shall be done through bank transfer. Only the product value shall be refunded. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Return to made at the provided mailing address by the customer. Once the goods are received, refund process shall initiate.
In case if exchange, the exchange order will also incur delivery charges.
